Return & Refund Policy

 At Knowyos, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

1. Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

•     Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
•     Returned with all original tags and packaging

2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete or different from what we described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll offer you a replacement, exchange or full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.

3. Items we can't take back 

•     Personalised or custom-printed items made to your request, unless they're faulty or incorrect
•     Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
•     Sale or clearance items, unless they're faulty
•     Gift cards

4. How to return an item 

1. Email team@knowyos.ae with your order number and your reason for returning.
2. We'll confirm your return and share the collection or drop-off details.
3. Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it within 3 working days.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it. For cash-on-delivery orders, we'll refund you by bank transfer or store credit, whichever you prefer.

6. Return shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, return shipping is free.

7. Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it's dispatched. Custom-printed orders can't be cancelled once printing has started.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

 

في Knowyos، نحرص على رضاك التام عن مشترياتك. وإذا لم يكن المنتج مناسباً، إليك الطريقة التي نعالج بها ذلك.

 

1. الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات أو استبدالها خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون:

- غير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة وبحالتها الأصلية

- مع جميع البطاقات والتغليف الأصلي

 

2. المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصلك الطلب معيباً أو تالفاً أو ناقصاً أو مختلفاً عن الوصف، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور للمنتج. سنوفر لك بديلاً أو استبدالاً أو استرداداً كاملاً للمبلغ، ونتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

 

3. المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

- المنتجات المخصصة أو المطبوعة حسب طلبك، إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو غير مطابقة

- المنتجات التي تم ارتداؤها أو غسلها أو تعديلها أو إتلافها بعد الاستلام

- منتجات التخفيضات والتصفية، إلا إذا كانت معيبة

- بطاقات الهدايا

 

4. طريقة الإرجاع

1. راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني team@knowyos.ae مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع.

2. سنؤكد طلب الإرجاع ونرسل لك تفاصيل الاستلام أو التسليم.

3. بعد استلام المنتج، سنقوم بفحصه خلال 3 أيام عمل.

 

5. استرداد المبلغ

تتم إعادة المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوماً من استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع، وقد يستغرق البنك بضعة أيام إضافية. وبالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، يتم الاسترداد عبر تحويل بنكي أو رصيد في المتجر حسب اختيارك.

 

6. رسوم شحن الإرجاع

إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب تغيير رأيك، سيتم خصم رسوم شحن الإرجاع من المبلغ المسترد. أما إذا كان المنتج معيباً أو كان الخطأ من جانبنا، فشحن الإرجاع مجاني.

 

7. إلغاء الطلب

يمكنك إلغاء طلبك واسترداد المبلغ كاملاً في أي وقت قبل شحنه. ولا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات المطبوعة حسب الطلب بعد بدء الطباعة.
